MMTCP is the world’s leading training program for learning how to teach skills of meditation, awareness, and compassion. Upon completion, scholarship recipients are certified by the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California at Berkeley. The course includes:

  • Two years of virtual in-depth study taught by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield
  • Two live, in-person events, as conditions permit
  • Individual/group mentorship and practice sessions with qualified instructors
  • Additional broadcasts with special guest faculty

Scholarship applications are carefully selected by a panel of staff at the Sounds True Foundation. Each application is carefully reviewed and considered based on the application criteria and the number of scholarships we have to allocate.
