The Sounds True Foundation creates equitable access to wisdom-based tools and practices.
In my own life, the practices of mindfulness, self-compassion, and other wisdom-based teachings have been nourishing, yes, and even more so, life-changing. They have been lifelines, often through immensely challenging situations.
At Sounds True, these are the lifelines that we want to extend to others. That is why we started the Sounds True Foundation—to create broad and wide access to wisdom teachings and learning experiences. We invest our financial and creative resources into removing barriers to transformational learning.
With love and an invitation to join us on this journey,
Tami Simon
