THE WORLD’S LEADING MINDFULNESS TEACHER-TRAINING PROGRAM

The Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program is the world’s leading training program for learning how to teach the skills of meditation, awareness, and compassion.

Meditation dissolves the illusion of separation. When we rest in awareness, we feel our deep kinship with all of life and a natural desire to protect and serve what is ours, what we love: each other, the earth, and all living systems.
